My name is Mary Kate and I am patiently waiting for my new family to find me. I am a sweet, young lady who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Amarillo, TX. I have been living with my foster family for a few months and have adjusted well. My foster mom says I am a beautiful, petite lady. I love to play with cat toys, climb up and down the cat tree, run through the crinkle tunnel, and nap with the other cats in my foster home. I really like playing with my toys! Fuzzy balls and plastic springs are my favorite! I will take a nap on the couch while you watch TV, but I don't normally climb in anyone's lap. I prefer for you to admire me while I sit close to you. I am happy to enjoy petting while I rest on the bed or cat tree. I do like to sleep in the human's bed with my foster mom and dad at night. I can usually be found at the foot of the bed often curled up with another cat. I have excellent litter box and scratching post manners. I would do best in a quiet home and I get along very well with other cats. Do you have a special place in your heart for me?
