Hi there! I'm Brooke, and I keep having cases of mistaken identity. I kept sneaking in the doggy door of a big house to eat food from their kitchen, and that family thought I was a raccoon because of my bushy tail! They set out a trap for the "raccoon", and instead they caught me. Luckily my foster mom came and picked me up to take care of me. She gave me a bath, took me to the vet, and feeds me all kinds of delicious kitty food. Now foster dad says I look like a big fuzzy hamster- isn't he silly??

With my humans, I am all love, purrs and happy meows; you would never expect I could get upset over anything.  I talk to you ALOT to get your attention and touches. I can't wait to find my own special family to love! I don't even mind being petted by little kids. I have great litter box manners, and I'm very cooperative for brushing and nail trims. I may have had some bad experiences with other animals while I was living outside, because sometimes I get very agitated when I see other cats. (Dogs are OK, easy to ignore.) There are lots of cats in my foster home, and I've learned to get along with everyone, but I get jealous and growly when I'm snuggling on my human.  **This is getting better with time, but I still might prefer being an only cat.**
