Have you ever met a kitty who can keep herself occupied for hours with just a little fuzzy mouse to play with?  If not, come meet Tipsy.  She is 100% kitten - full of energy and curiosity and is fascinated by everything that appears in front of her - especially fuzzy mice and fuzzy balls. This poor girl was found on the streets of Amarillo as a baby but is absolutely thriving in a home environment.  In a condo she'll play crazy using her hammock as a toy and a way to view the world and out of the condo she plays just as hard.  Once done playing it is her human's responsibility to come scratch ears and give lots of pets.  If wrapped up in a favorite blanket she loves being held and loved on while she carefully watches all activity around her too.

As she is so active she would do well with slightly older kids who know she may not want to always be picked up or with adults who will delight in keeping her occupied.
