We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Scooter is a BIG fabulous boy who loves to wander his area and take in the world around and through the windows.  This poor boy was happy in his office home greeting all newcomers and demanding head scratches but a partnership break up left him with no home to call his own.  He has adapted wonderfully to his foster home but would rather be the king of his domain and not have to make sure other kitties (except his sister Lillie) respect his space and rights.  This sweetheart deserves a place where he can get lots of attention.  He loves laps and sleeping on his foster mom. He's very gentle so would be fine with the young and older alike as long as he can be the king.  

Scooter has been with his sister Lillie their whole life so the ideal home would have room for both of them.
