Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hi, my name is Serafina, and the kind people at North Texas Cat Rescue saved me from the shelter in Amarillo . I have been living with my foster mom and foster sisters for a while. My foster sisters have been adopted, and now I am ready to find my forever home. I am a sweet, loving girl. I like to sleep under the covers, snuggled up next to my foster mom, and also like to snuggle with my human foster brothers. I get along well with the laid back kitties in my foster home, but I am intimidated by dominant cats, so I need to be adopted as an only cat, or into a home with another laid back kitty. I have excellent litter box habits and I love to use my scratching post. I also LOVE my catnip toys. If you would like to take home a sweet new family member, just in time for Christmas, then come and see me at the Allen PetSmart this Saturday from noon till 4pm. I will be waiting:-)
