We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

I'm Peggy Carter! I can't believe anyone hasn't snatched me up yet!! I am a sweet snugly girl - I just hate being at Adoption Events, and get super stressed! Please don't judge me by my behavior there!! I get along great with all the kitties in my foster home. I love snuggling with foster Mom on the bed or the sofa, I go crazy for canned food! You can get me to do just about anything just by opening a can of cat food! I promise at home I am a super sweet girl. Just be patient & give me time to get to know you & you will be rewarded with lots of cuddles. and foster Mom says I have the softest fur ever and was just made for cuddling!!
