We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hi there! My name is Petunia! I'm a little girl looking for my forever home. I was rescued from the Amarillo shelter with my week old babies. I know what you're thinking, 'But Petunia, you're such a young lady yourself!', well yes I am. It's all in the past now and I'm ready to move on. I am an active girl and be quite vocal when I don't feel like I'm getting enough attention. I love people, it's so awesome being an inside kitty with my very own humans! Laps are great too! Stop by the cat adoption area on the weekend and ask for me!
