Sweet Pete was dumped at the shelter after travelling with his family all the way from Milwaukee cause they couldn't care for him anymore.  He is a complete lovebug and will sit in your lap all you want even though he is bigger than your lap.  At 25 pounds he does need to lose some weight as it affects his jumping but he doesn't seem bothered by it, just expects you to help.  He loves hanging at the window and so far has not been bothered by the other kitties in his foster home, he just looks up when they walk by then goes back to what he is doing.  This boy is still young at 7 and has lots of love to give to any family.  Although he is declawed we still recommend a scratcher to help him exercise his joints like all cats need.  His litterbox habits are good but of course since he is so long a good sized one is a necessity.  For hours of companionship this is your boy!
