We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm Dexter! I was picked up as a stray kitten, and my foster mom said I was too handsome to be left at the shelter; so here I am, living the good life and looking for my forever family. I love everyone I meet- kids, cats, dogs, and adults. I'm an easy-going guy who isn't scared by much of anything. You can pick me up any time you want to! I spend a lot of my time playing and making mischief- I sometimes run around with my human's things(like a sock or a Swiffer duster). I would probably do best in a home where I have another cat or dog to play with me.
