Meg was surrendered to the shelter with her brother when their owner could no longer take care of them.  When her brother got adopted,  Meg was very sad to be left behind.  She was so sad that she stopped eating and had to spend some time at the clinic with a feeding tube.  Since arriving at her foster home, she has been eating just fine, and has found happiness again.  She loves to cuddle on the bed with her foster mom and have a few treats, before flipping over on her back for some belly rubs.  She doesn't love other cats and usually hisses at them to let them know.  Otherwise, she is a laid back, calm kitty who would like to have a laid back, calm home to spend the rest of her life in.  She has been front declawed, so she must never be allowed outside. She uses her litter box like a champ, and is just an all around sweet girl to have around.  If you would like a chance to meet Meg, contact North Texas Cat Rescue at northtexascatrescue.com or 214-454-9395.
