I was found when I had a big hurty ouch on my head. Someone joked that zombies had tried to eat my brains, so they started calling me Roberta Zombie, then Boo-Boo Bertie, and now I'm just Bertie. I don't remember how long I was alone and hurt and scared, but I'm glad to be with nice humans who give me lots of love. Sometimes I still get scared and worry that the humans are going to run out of love, so I cling real tight and rub my face on my foster person's face and lick her eyes and the corner of her mouth. I'm also happy to be with other kittens--I love to jump on them and wrestle them and snuggle up with them. (Okay, Bertie - let the human take it from here: Bertie is a lovely medium-hair girl with a lot of energy and playfulness. She's very cuddly, but sometimes she tips over into being extra-needy, so she needs people who understand this quirk. Because she's so young, she needs to be in a house with another kitten. She's dominant and a bit overboisterous with other cats, so her ideal kitten buddy would be someone easygoing.)
