Hi There! My name is Gretchen and my brother and I were rescued from a city shelter this past summer. We were so happy to be in a nice warm foster home with lots of food and someone to love on us!

Now we're told we're supposed to be looking for our forever home, so I'm kind of excited about that, I'd love to have a forever home.

I'm a fun loving kind of girl, I love to chase my toys and my brother and we wrestle a lot. I love chasing after the laser pen or things with strings my foster mom dangles in front of me. We also snuggle together on our bed during nap times. I'm very social with my foster mom, she loves to pet my super soft fur.

I'm slightly cautious with new people but I warm up really quickly. I'm very inquisitive, it probably won't take me long to acclimate to my new home. I haven't met a dog except for at adoption events, they didn't scare me much so I might be OK with a dog in my new home.

When we were at the shelter we picked up a strain of Herpes. Most cats are exposed but because we were so little and already a little sick that it stifled our immune systems. It's something we will always have. We can be contagious to other kitties but not to dogs or people.

We would love to go to our forever home together if possible but we don't have to. Hope to see you soon!!
