We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Meet Wesley (aka "My Sweet Wesley...Princess Bride fans :) )! He came from a small, rural shelter where his only hope of a live outcome was through rescue. His foster mom took one look at his sweet face and knew she needed to save him. Wesley lives up to the origins of his name, he's handsome and a wonderful, cuddly and affectionate boy. He will reach up to be picked up and cuddled. He makes happy grunting noises when he's being held. Knowing he's safe, he will dose off in his foster moms arms. He's rather mellow for his age, but does like to play. Wesley will be fine with other cats and well-behaved dogs as long as he's given time to adjust. He's not a fan of other cats initially, but warms up after about a week or so. He has great litter box and scratching post manners. If Wesley sounds like the kitty for you, fill out an application to meet him. With his amazing purrsonality, he will be adopted quickly!
