My name is Toronto! I was rescued from a shelter in West Texas along with my 4 brothers. My brother Takoda and I are buddies. We have a secret chirping language between us and if you were to adopt us together, you’d get to hear us talking! I am a little shy and having a friend helps me feel brave. I love to play with small toys and things that roll. I don’t mind my foster family’s small dog but I’m nervous about her walking toward me. I love the older cat that lives in my foster home, so if you have a big kitty at home who wouldn’t mind a friend, I might be your guy! I love soft blankets and need a place to hide when I feel shy. I am very sweet and learning to love human affection. I need time to warm up to you and learn to trust you. Children who aren’t patient and would try to grab me often wouldn’t be a good fit for me because I would feel stressed.
