We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Adele. I am a beautiful dilute calico with silky soft hair and a short fluffy tail. I was living in a parking lot in Brownsville, TX when a very nice man rescued me. I was just a baby when he found me. He drove me all the way to McKinney so I could live in a NTCR foster home until I was ready for adoption. I am a friendly girl who loves playing with my foster siblings. I'm really good at tackling other kittens! I love all kinds of toys and I REALLY love to run up and down the large cat tower in my foster home. At night, I like to sleep at the foot of the bed. I have excellent litter box manners and do a great job using the scratching post in my foster home.
