Hi I’m Kendi! I was in a shelter for 6 long weeks before my foster mom rescued me. I had an eye injury that caused severe damage and an infection. As soon as my foster mom saw my picture she knew she and NTCR could help. A few days after arriving at my new foster home, I had my eye enucleation and spay surgeries. Today I’m happy, healthy and living a happy life. Only having one eye makes me even more beautiful and it doesn’t slow me down a bit!! I love  playing with her foster siblings and cuddling with them during naps. When I first arrived, I didn’t know how to play and was very scared. Today I’ve learned how to play with toys (my favorite is a mouse toy) and other kitties.I really like tunnels, crinkly balls and wand toys. Sometimes I’ll sit and watch before I join in, but when I do I don’t hold back. I’m a pretty quiet and calm girl, but I get the zoomies like all kittens. I’ve got great litter box and scratching post manners. I would do well with other kitties and older kids.
