Blue came to NTCR when her person passed away. She’s a beautiful cat, but losing her person and her home made her very sad. She loves food - especially canned food. It's the quickest way to her heart. She loves being scratched and brushed. She's been in my care for about 7 months and is just now venturing out into my house to explore. Whoever adopts her, must be patient and allow her time to adjust. My house is quiet; so, if you have a busy or noisy home, Blue is not the cat for you. She definitely needs a quiet environment and someone to spend a lot of time with her. One-on-one, she shows affection, but still hides for security. I do believe Blue would be happiest as an only cat. However, she would be okay in a home with another very calm cat who gives Blue her space. She will allow you to hold her and will sit in your lap. I can brush her and trim her nails very easily. Blue has had a thorough vet examination, including full bloodwork and dental. She’s available for adoption to the right home.
