Fred and his siblings were brought to an animal shelter without their mother. NTCR stepped in to give them the best chance for a good life!  Fred was fostered with cats and dogs and gets along with both.  He loves playing with his siblings and the other fosters in the house.  He will help himself to your lap and he is not shy about laying across your chest while you watch TV.   Fred is affectionate without being needy. He would do best  in a home with another cat.
