My name is Oscar and I'm a fluffy ball of fun and energy. I was born in a garden and lived under a shed for 4 weeks until found by my foster mom. I grew up in a home with older cats, my 7 siblings and 2 dogs. I am very sweet and like to cuddle and play with toy mice. I will start purring when you look at me and my foster family can’t help but pick me up every time they pass. I can usually be found sleeping belly up in the strangest locations.
