We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. Our resources and space are limited. If your cat is not from NTCR, you can contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
Please do not abandon them or take to other shelters.
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us (See link under the Adoption column). We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Hi there!  My family could not keep me as I kept tripping them up so the vet asked NTCR to try and find me a good new home since I'm only 8 and have lots of life yet.  I don't get under foot in my foster home too much though I will appear out of nowhere for pets and when TREATS are involved.  I love to chill on the low cat tree by the window and will meow at you from in hiding when I want extra attention.  Beds are great for curling up in and make me feel safe.

I'm a little chunky but foster mom says it makes me look cute with my short legs.  I may have some allergies as my face had a rash when I was given up but a little medicine and good food and I seem good now.

I haven't bonded with the kitties in my foster home - the babies are just annoying - but I'm a live and let live kind of girl so just give me time to adjust and other animals would probably be ok but if you are looking to have only one...look no further!
