Riley had a rough start in life. Fortunately a fellow rescuer found him and brought him to NTCR. Riley has certainly made up for lost time. He is spunky, comical and VERY playful! He loves playing with his foster buddies and always instigates play-time even when his buddies are trying to sleep. He is very entertaining and could star in his own comedy show. Riley is fostered with cats and dogs and gets along with both. Riley needs a cat friend and a home that makes him part of the family.
