Mr Rogers was found dumped in a Casino parking garage. Finder was amazed by his sweet demeanor and couldn't walk away from him crying for loves, so home he went to be checked for a chip and see a vet. Even more surprising, this 2yo boy was already neutered so finder and NTCR got together to get him tested, up to date on shots and on his way to find his furever home.
