Percy is a sweet and comical cat. He can make a toy out of anything and entertain himself for hours. He would do well with an out-going cat friend and he gets along great with dogs. Percy loves to be petted and loves belly rubs. Laying across your chest while you watch TV is his favorite spot to be. Percy is chatty and talks to anyone who will listen. He is quite entertaining and fun to be around. Percy needs a home that truly makes him part of the family. Better pictures coming soon!
