Tilly is a pretty little girl ready to take on the world as if she owns it. She loves to be petted and cuddled while her foster mom sings to her. Tilly loves playing with her brothers and toys of any kind. She is fostered with cats and small dogs and gets along with both. Tilly needs home that truly makes her part of the family.
