Panter is as sweet as he is pretty.  He was born to a stray cat.  Someone took the mother and left the kittens.  Panter is playful, curious and full of life.  He loves playing with his foster brothers and thinks everything is a toy.  He loves being petted and is a snuggle bug.  Panter would love to have a cat buddy to play with.
