Emma was found as a stray and was taken to the local shelter. She was just skin and bones, so the staff was surprised when she soon gave birh to 5 kittens. NTCR stepped up and took in the family. Emma was a great Mom and all her kittens have been adopted. Emma is ready for her forever home now.
Emma is very shy at first, so she is often overlooked at our adoption events. Once she gets to know you, she is sweet and loving. She loves to cuddle and talks to her foster mom all the time. Emma has very good litter box manners and always uses her scratching post.
Her foster family thinks that something bad must have happened to Emma as a stray, because she is very scared of other dogs and some cats. She loves humans though and even tolerates young children. She would do best as an only cat.
Emma has been in foster care for a while, so her adoption fee has been lowered to $80. She is looking forward to finding the perfect family to call her own.
