Gimlet is one of the sweetest cats ever! He's been with NTCR for nearly 1 year and hasn't had any interest because he's "just another black cat." As his foster mom, I want you to know that he is NOT just another black cat. He's totally amazing and whoever gives him a forever home will be very lucky! He looks like a tiny panther, but is a big baby and loves to be held, cuddled and sit in laps. He "hugs" me around my neck or shoulders when I pick him up. He LOVES people. He LOVES the other cats in his foster home...as you can see by his photos. He is playful and loves to chase ping pong balls and rattle mice around the house. He definitely needs another cat in his forever home - preferably one that he can snuggle with and play with. He has a silly personality and is kind of clumsy so he keeps me laughing. He also loves to cuddle up and sleep in bed with me. When my alarm goes off, he's the first one to greet me "good morning." He does this by laying close to my face and cuddling. It's our morning ritual before I get out of bed. He has excellent litter box manners and loves his scratching posts and cat trees.
