Gretel came to use from a boarding facility in Frisco, TX. One of their customers boarded his two cats - brother and sister pair, Hansel and Gretel for several weeks while he had a kidney transplant. Sadly, their owner did not survive the surgery. The family members of Hansel and Gretel's owner refused to take them in and abandoned them at the boarding facility. The kind and caring people at the facility kept Hansel and Gretel rather than turning them over to a shelter. The pair was at the boarding facility for over a year. The facility came to us asking for help to find a permanent home for these sweet older babies. Hansel has been adopted, but Gretal is still looking for her forever home. Gretel is 13 years old. She is very petite and the most loveable laidback kitty. She rubs all over you looking for pets. If anyone is willing to open their hearts to this senior kitty, we are sure your love will be forever rewarded. Please contact NTCR AT 214-454-9395 should you have any concerns or questions.
