Skittles is so cute and has the silkiest fur! He's a very funny boy, who's playful and affectionate. Skittles MUST be adopted to a home with another active kitten to keep him company. In his foster home, his best buddy is Wookie. So if you're looking for a pair of fluffy, sweet kitties, please check out Wookie's profile too. Skittles will be your BFF for a treat or some canned kitty food. He likes to "nurse" on shirts...usually at bed time. He jumps in bed, sucks on his foster mom's shirt for a few minutes and then falls asleep. He does this probably because he was taken away from his mom at too young of an age. He had a very bad upper respiratory infection (kitty cold) when he was rescued from a shelter as a tiny baby. While he his cold has cleared up and he is healthy, he has some residual after effects - he occasionally sneezes and has watery eyes. So, sometimes he needs his face wiped - close to his eyes, and similar to the cleaning required for Persian cats. He is on lysine supplements to help control his watery eyes and sneezing. He LOVES his supplements and only needs 1 a day.  Skittles has excellent scratching post and litter box manners. If you're interested in meeting Skittles, please contact NTCR.
