Isabella was rescued from a local shelter where she was going to be euthanized because she had a broken leg. Her leg had to be amputated, but she has adjusted very well to life as a 3-legged kitty. It's a bit hard to see in the photos, but she is not a black cat. She's actually a smoke tabby (dark grey with a silver undercoat), which is an uncommon coloring in cats because it's a recessive gene. She's very, very sweet, but can be shy in new environments or with new people. She loves other cats and needs a forever home that has a kitty friend for her to bond with. Her best buddy in her foster home is RussettFur (they are pictured together in a photo). If you're looking for a pair of bonded kitties, consider these sweet babies! Isabella has excellent litter box and scratching post manners.
